On Queen Guiding

BAKP is not just a camp. In fact, it's a test, a very important test for us queen guides to pass on to another level. The students, members, PAID to come to this camp. Their skills in making gadgets, even without aptitudes, their attendance can only make this camp a success.

I'm not going to mention anybody but ask yourselves...Ask your heart. Sit and chat under the roof while you order your group members to make gadgets...under the hot sun!From morning until evening...Just imagine that...THEY are the one getting sun-burn. THEY are the one getting thirsty. THEY are the one with bleeding fingers. And YOU are the one who will pass the test. But do you even care?? You don't even know that your members continue making those gadgets even though their fingers bleed and hurt, do you? This world is cruel enough without you adding more unkindness and selfishness into it. The impression that you guys gave me..that you're just using them as a tool to help you pass the test.

We are going to be queen guides soon. A guide. An example. A leader. Being a leader is not about ordering people around. Being a leader doesn't mean that only we are the organizers and the others only the "doers"... In fact, we should take the lead in doing work so that the others can follow our example. Even Jesus, the King of Kings, came into this world NOT to be served, but to serve others.

Might as well throw away the sash along with the 27 badges if this is the way we achieve our queen guides-through dirty tactics and inconsideration. What's the point anyway? If all of us are going to act this way, we're not even fit to be one.

The test is only one week away...and there are still more tests to come. It's time we stop acting as immatures. It's time we stop arguing over who to be leader. All 5 of us are leaders in our own ways. The time has come where we put aside all selfishness. We should work together. We need your help and you guys need our help. After all, how can a body function if some of the parts are incomplete?

We're all in this together... Arguing among ourselves wouldn't help.

If you are really lack of members, lack of help, I wouldn't mind if you guys take some of my members from Chan Wa...really I wouldn't... but at least leave me with one member...

What happened in this pre-camp...I'm sorry to say but I'm really disappointed with the way you guys treat each other...It's like we are killing among ourselves...I trusted you guys and I will still continue to trust anyway =)

Drop all pretences and let's work together. We are trying to achieve the same aim aren't we?? Three fold cords is not easily broken.
