Lesson for the day?

My parents went to Australia, Perth for holiday. Today is the 2nd day the 3 of us survived on our own. Well, not really on our own...my aunt and uncle are here too.

My dad had a really close friend since secondary school. Till now they are, in fact, closer than before. My friend's dad came this morning just to check on us and even billy, to see whether we're alright. Fyi, my parents did not ask him to come check on us. He came himself cuz he's concerned. I must say my parents are really blessed to have such a sincere friend. =) Just think, most people won't take the trouble coming to your house just to ask how you're doing esp when their house is far....Well this is not the first time he came. My parents used to go for trips together and leave us at home for a few days. So every time they go for holiday he'll come and see how we're doing.

A truly sincere friend is hard to find. So if you have one, appreciate them ;) Well if you don't have one, don't wait for one to come along!~ Start by being sincere yourself and you'll find yourself surrounded by sincere friends too ;D
