Billy's near-miss
Okay...back to the topic... My dog belongs to the hunter dog category and he needs to exercise daily. Nowadays, my parents are very busy...and my 2 sisters and me are very busy doing last-minute revision because the school mid-year exam is around the corner. As you can see, we were so busy with our own things that we no longer bring Billy for his usual walk around the housing areas. Every evening, my dog will start whimpering and barking because nobody brings him for his usual walk... to tell you the truth, his barks was quite irritating! That's when my dad came up with a brilliant idea...He suggested that we put Billy free to roam around the garden by himself. So every afternoon and evening, the gate will always be wide open for him to go out for his walks...
As usual, we did the same thing today...and guess what happened?!?!
( I was at school during that time...I heard this incident from my dad) A white van drove into our housing areas and five Indian men came out from the van. Each of them were holding a kind of whip with a loop...They chased after the stray dogs and throw the loop over the dogs' head...Well, the dogs struggled to get free but it was useless...the dogs were put into the cages inside the van. They even catch the puppies!! I can't imagine why they wanted to do that... all the puppies are so cute and yet they have the heart to catch it!! Worse of all is Billy was not inside the house!!! He was out for his usual walk... My dad was in a state of panic...He searched franctically for Billy...
My dad found Billy standing at the back door of our house. My dad said that Billy was eyeing the Indians fiercely...growling all the time. My dad tried to pull Billy into the house...but Billy ran away from my dad's grasp without realizing the danger that he will be facing(stupid, isn't he?)... The only thing that succeeded tricking Billy into the house is by putting food at the door ==" (Billy is the greediest dog that I have ever come across in my life)
* A biscuit was given to Billy to show that we are thankful to have him back =p*
( We actually wanted to give Billy chicken rice but we were afraid that he will become fat so we switch to biscuits...haha)
